I am not a chef, but I can cook. I have been cooking for my family and myself since I was a child. I learn from my parents, sisters, brothers. They taught and inspired me cooking with love.
It's time for me to share with you and I want you will have a unique way to experience Vietnamese in Hanoi.I'd like to welcome you to visit my home, enjoy the food I cook and together, we can talk about Hanoi, about Vietnamese cultural and of course about cuisine.

I have set-up the local restaurant, managed the restaurant and met thousand international visitors around the world. I understand your needs and I can meet your demands. And after all, I’m Bie. I am the person you need to fill up your Vietnam trip by sharing you my Vietnamese cuisine.

As I already informed, I am still working in tourism. I still have my job to make sure that I can survive. I decided to start up my little business because I want my hobbies step by step can carry out. With that reason, I only serve you dinner and each day with limited guest can join.
That is why I created 7 set menu for 7 days a week. Of
As I already informed, I am still working in tourism. I still have my job to make sure that I can survive. I decided to start up my little business because I want my hobbies step by step can carry out. With that reason, I only serve you dinner and each day with limited guest can join.
That is why I created 7 set menu for 7 days a week. Of course I can do for your own order but It must contact in advance and make sure that I can cook.
Each day, I will fix to serve 1 menu and the order will be completed at least 6 hours prior to dine. I highly recommend you book in advance for a better preparation and better quality to serve you.
